It might also be a smart trick to add your email address as a keyboard shortcut in the iOS settings, so you can simply type a few letters and have it expand the whole thing wherever you are on your iPad or iPhone. But if you just tap it in manually a few times, iOS will remember it for you. There’s not much to this part, other than that it’s easier if you have the email address in your address book.
